Evolution of the Thermotrax Process

The Thermotrax process was born out of dissatisfaction with existing methods to produce automotive mirror heaters. In less than one year, new heater concepts were designed, prototyped, tooled, tested and put into production for a line of GM tucks using existing production equipment. Initial efforts resulted in reduced cost and extremely high reliability and an explosion in industry interest.

Thermotrax is an outstanding, cost-effective and eco-friendly alternative to chemically etched circuits. Although our staff have investigated many viable applications in a multitude of markets, we strongly believe our patented technology is limited only to one's imagination..
